Waste In Place Curriculum Guide

This comprehensive class room learning program for grades K-6, is used to help children understand the problems of litter, the value of recycling, and their individual responsibility for maintaining a clean, healthy environment.  The curriculum, developed in partnership with Keep America Beautiful, features numerous hands-on activities related to littering, recycling and beautifying.

The activities are interdisciplinary and STEM correlated. The materials are used by many educators nationwide to influence positive behavior, to foster social responsibility and respect for the environment and to enrich their students’ leaning experiences.
